April 3 (pre-con)

Thursday:

11:30am-4:30pm: It all begins with two fantastic Pre-Con Workshops; Portraits with Leroy Tademy, and Macro with Jose Madrigal! sign up here.

3:00pm-7:00pm: Registration open on-site. (register online here)

5:30-8:00pm: Come to our mini-stravaganza at the historic John J. French House and photograph the Big Thicket Outlaws!

7:00-9:00pm: Watch the End Of Year Judging as the best of the region’s club images compete in the End of Year contest.

April 4

Friday:

6:00 am-10:am: Friday starts early—at 6am! Pick up a ‘grab and go’ breakfast at the hotel, and start your day’s adventures! Select a morning day-trip from our list of amazing locations. Return to the conference center afterwards to hear an exciting line-up of speakers and classes.

5:00pm-8:00pm Attend the Friday evening Extravaganza— Sunset at the Airport. Don’t miss this! We’ll photograph at the Beaumont Municipal Airport, the most beautiful spot for sunsets in town, where classic cars, sleek aircraft, restored planes, and hot air balloons await. Dine on site with delicious cuisine from a variety of gourmet food trucks, then stick around after nightfall for light-painting opportunities on some real car and plane beauties!

April 5

Saturday:

6:00am-10:00am: Pick up a ‘grab and go’ breakfast at the hotel, and start your day with another incredible sunrise experience photographing your choice of subjects from our list of locations. Then return to the conference center to hear more speakers and try more classes.

6:30pm-9:00pm: Saturday evening be sure to attend dinner at the GSCCC Awards Banquet, with our keynote speaker the one and only Keith Carter.

April 6 (post-con)

Sunday:

7:00am and 9:am : Cap off your weekend with Post-Con Workshops! Portraits with Leroy Tademy and Macro with Jose Madrigal. Sign up here.
